As a 62 year old with many aches and pains each morning from decades of enjoying all kinds of sports, just 5 minutes of a couple of my favorite Pilates mat exercises is all it takes to literally heal all the pain and stiffness for the rest of the day! No other exercise does this for me! There’s not a lot of research yet to back up these claims, but why wait for science to catch up?!
