Excellent 10-minute ‘Magic Circle’ Workout.
This is an excellent demonstration of one of the few Pilates props that we endorse, the ‘Magic Circle.’
Interestingly this was the very first Pilates prop invented by Joseph Pilates himself to give advanced students more challenge, understanding how our muscles get used to any activity and need a change to continue to get stronger. Joe used wine-barrel staves to create the first magic circle.
